As a blogger, one of the things I love to do is check out other craft blogs! I love seeing what other people are making, as I can get a lot of inspiration for crafts to make at home. In this post, I’ve rounded up some of the best craft blogs I’ve seen lately from talented bloggers around the web. Each post I’ve mentioned below ties into an autumn/fall theme. Enjoy!
1. Rustic Girly DIY Fox Wall Art
Thinking about dressing up your walls with some autumnal decor at this time of year? Take a look at this really cute wall art project over at Kreative K that kids and adults alike will love! “Ms. Foxette” is made with a page from a book, some scrapbook and tissue paper along with a few other materials.
2. At-home Fall Facial
I’ve always wanted to make some DIY beauty products, so this blog post from Hello Glow on homemade autumn facial products caught my attention. You can find out how to make Clove & Rosemary Facial Steam, Firming Pumpkin Spice Facial Scrub and Vitamin C Cranberry Facial Mask – all from the comfort of your own home.
3. Chunky Cabled Cowl
The weather has most definitely turned here in the UK. If you need something warm to wear, why not have a go at making this beautiful knitted cowl? It looks like a fun project and the creator of the free pattern, Leelee Knits, promises that it’s quick to knit up!
4. Fall Chrysanthemum Birthday Gift Wrap
A beautifully wrapped gift all boils down to the detail. Check out this autumn-inspired gift wrap over at White House Crafts if you’re looking to do something really creative when wrapping your next gift. Your recipient is sure to love it!
5. Fall Thanksgiving Wreath
I can’t describe how much I’d love this beautiful wreath on my front door – if I had a door that was worthy of such of wreath that is. This wreath is made with assorted silk flowers attached to a grapevine basic wreath. Head on over to Kleinworth & Co to check it out!
6. Autumn Oak Baby Booties
If you’re in a need of a crochet project that’s perfect for a new baby girl, take a look at these really pretty autumn-inspired baby booties over at Hopeful Honey. Olivia, the creator of the booties has included a free pattern for you to use.
7. Miyuki Bead Loom Cuff Bracelet DIY
I love beads as you may already know and Miyuki beads are my favourite! I’ve never made a bead loom bracelet before, so I was interested to see this tutorial over at Petit Bout de Chou. Estelle has chosen some lovely, warming colours for this project that I think are perfect for autumn.
